Visited home branch today to submit this form for Rupay Platinum add-on ( i already have account and primary Rupay Platinum debit card ) - https://www.indianbank.in/wp-content/uploads/20...
BM told the form is applicable on for MasterCard ( the form does say Maestro ) which is stopped due to ban.. so I asked him IB debit card application form for Rupay.. he gave me the below form and told they they don’t issue add-on card for Rupay.. customer care is also saying the same.. did not get Rupay Platinum add-on card

I ranted on Google Play and left a 1 star review for Indian Bank's INDOasis app for not showing full debit card details in the app, especially since Indian Bank is the worst hit by EMV chip card shortage and has been unable to issue debit cards to many customers for many many months. In the latest update to INDOasis, full card details are shown, including expiry and CVV. Also you can activate the card without the physical card arriving and start using it to do ecommerce transactions.

Yes. My personalized DC also never arrived. I was able to activate the card from the app by just guessing the expiry date by trial and error without the card physically arriving. But at that time, the app was not updated to show full details or CVV.
Then last Monday, my nearby IB branch had received a huge supply of insta kit RuPay Platinum cards (around 100 as per the staff) so when I yelled and made a scene about not providing ATM card for MONTHS, and threatened about RBI complaint, they opened one, thankfully it was RuPay Platinum, assigned it to my account. After 24 hours, it started showing up in the app with numbers hidden. I activated it from the app. Then towards the end of last week the app updated and now it shows full card number, CVV, expiry. Everything to do transactions. Their Twitter account also confirmed that virtual card was on their plans for a long time due to EMV chip shortage.

Edit: In e-services, I see one option to apply for replacement of debit card. Will that work? Any charges? I have 25K MAB platinum savings account.

Close the account and open new account in another branch where they promise instant card. If they don't provide after opening account, then again close the new account as there are no charges for account closure in within 14 days of opening.
