They approved my application after successful completion of Video KYC. Then I deposited 50K in their savings account. No confirmation email or account opening email was received from them. I was unable to completely access my account in their app. Sections like profile etc. were blank. After 2-3 days, I got refund for the deposit.
Now I see the error saying that "Mismatch found between Aadhar and PAN details entered"!!
Emailing their customer care gets no response. They do not have any helpline number too. IndusInd bank branch employees have no clue about this app even if its from the same bank 😂
Overall a VERY BAD experience of INDIE.
They hired few guys to handle all indie account linduslind was already bad but indei customer support is worst ever, they goofed up badly
induslund , yes , hsbc etc are for richy rich peoples .
