Then I replied to them like this: "Why can't I see, even a single free seat? When u r saying for "Auto-assign" it is free, then be transparent & put those free seats in public domain openly, rather than keeping surprised of Auto-assign so that customers pay unnecessary expense in panic !! @ DGCAIndia @ HardeepSPuri"
I always try to fight for the wrong things with 0% hope. Many times we take it granted & don't complain that's the issue.
