Hii everyone I am holding a legend cc & today I had visited IndusInd branch today in bhopal. I asked the executive about the 0 bal offer for select account for legend credit card holder but she declined that none offer exists like this for 0 bal mab select. She said that with a select account I am eligible for a legend card. I tried convincing her that other people in the online community got the 0 bal select account after getting legend cc so she called their senior executive and he also denied the same.
The BM was unavailable today so can’t get a chance to talk with him. She is asking for the registered mob no or acc no of the someone who got this offer to check herself. Which I didn’t had. She asked me to drop an email to [email protected] to check my query which I already did but awaking reply from their end.
Then I visited another branch today for the same same thing but they denied immediately that they don’t issue 0 bal/ mab select account and 0 bal/ exclusive account against legend/ pinnacle.
Need help on how to proceed with this..
Kindly provide me any lead or concrete information that this offer exists on their website it’s not clearly mentioned.
Do I need to contact nodal officer for this ??

as well but she and one more of her colleague sitting nearby saying that with a select account I am eligible for a legend card … also she is saying where it’s written that 0 mab is mentioned in SOB.
The executive here is saying if I had any contact of Indus employee who have this info on this offer she is ready to ask or if any friend here got the offer she can check with the registered mob no or acc no. If anyone here can provide this info I will be very helpful.

Slightly different query – My credit card is approved but it was sent to company’s address which I will redirect somehow to my home’s address but do we have any other way to get to know about the cards details, limit and variant?
You can get the details about limit and variant by calling on credit card customer care helpline.
For card details (card number, CVV etc.) you’ll receive a mail with CIF number to access your digital credit card.
is pinnacle a better card compared to legend card…

hmm, any gotcha difference between legend and pinnacle? I was applying on indusind website few days before mc ban lift, it showed legend and below cards
just got to Indus website and compare both the cards you will know the differences
small doubt can we get free debit card or any welcome kit included? when account upgrade 0 maintenance select account?
You'll get the welcome kit (debit card, cheque book and welcome letter etc.)
Debit card will not have any joining fee but you'll be charged annual fee if you don't maintain 50K QAB.
@resurrectedaf781 @prem4998 I need to open select account on the basic of legend credit card. Branch is clueless about the offer how to proceed further. Can I open account online. I am already holding patner savings account will there be any problem
Which account variant is better? Select or Maxima plus? They gave me the maxima plus as a salary account. Getting legend ltf soon. Any benefit in going to select account?
Free account with legend card
If choosing to open free Select account along with Legend Visa Signature LTF card, which would be the more beneficial debit card to go with? World Select Debit Card (Mastercard) or Signature Select Visa Debit Card?
If I first open a Select Account and then apply for Legend CC, will I still be able to link Legend with account and convert it to 0 MAB account?
If you're already an account holder then go to your branch and ask for account upgradation form and upgrade it to Select variant. Otherwise, You can go to any branch and open Select variant account with them but they'll ask for 50000Rs as initial deposit. If you can do that then all you have to do is write a mail to them mentioning that I already have an Indusind Legend card so I'm eligible for Select variant account without maintaining MAB and also quote below image or Schedule of charges for Select account from their website to substantiate your claim . They'll ask you to link your credit card with your Savings account. Once again write a mail to confirm the linkage. You'll get the confirmation about it within 2-3 days.
Now, If you don't want to give 50000Rs as initial deposit then either open 10000MAB account or a zero balance account online then go to your branch and ask for an upgrade to Select variant.
