It was five years ago, i’ve started doing Online shopping. I was a bit skeptical at tat time about online shopping and had many questions in my mind when i heard abt e-commerce through my friend. Will they deliver the product in right time? Will they deliver it properly ? Will they send me the right product i was ordered? and some more questions which i couldnt find answer at tat time.Hence i thought of giving a try and ordered book from this site “Infibeam.com”. And I was stunned when i got the book in just two days. From that day, I became a regular customer to Infibeam. I’ve bought books, electronic gadgets etc from Infibeam. I could say i’m proud of being a customer of Infibeam. I bought once from flipkart and havent bought from other sites, since i’m very much satisfied with Infibeam. Low cost,Reliability, Timely Delivery are their mantra. Though it doesnt have the reach like flipkart(thanks to its advertisements in all forms of media), Infibeam is the best e-commerce site,IMO. The e-commerce industry has become huge now and we can see many e-commerce sites. But only few are remembered and has regular customers. Infibeam is such a company.Recently, they have launched their own logistics division. Kudos to their team!
