I ordered a Philips beard trimmer from infibeam. My order number is 9285248 (if one of those infibeam folks see this review and want to confirm that this is not fake). They take my money from net banking. The order shows that it will get shipped on August 31st, 2012 and will get delivered by September 5th, 2012. Its September 5th and I have no clue where my stuff is. I call up customer service – the worst possible English accent I have heard in my lifetime – they simply tell me ‘your product has not been shipped yet sir’ – so I ask them ‘Why?’ – they stammer .with ‘sir, sir….’ – no proper answer – so now I ask them ‘When will it get shipped?’ – their answer – ‘sir, it will get shipped sir’ – I ask them again ‘I asked you when’ – same reply – ‘sir, it will get shipped sir’ – I ask for a refund – I get the reply ‘sorry sir, it will get shipped sir’ – I am done and I hang up. Do they really call this ‘customer service’ , it sounded more like ‘customer torture’ to me. I pin my hopes on their customer service email, maybe a sensible rep will see my email – So I send them a detailed email about my order and that I have no clue what is happening to it – No reply on the 1st day. I email them again the next day – no reply. Nice . Not even the usual ‘auto reply’ that sends you back a courtesy email saying ‘We will address your issue’. Simply no reply!!! At this point, I have no clue about my order and I am just hoping I will receive it some day. I am taking the pain to write this so that other folks read this and stay away from these cheats. Please don’t waste your money and get pathetic customer service. Flipkart is much better, my experience with them so far has been good. STAY AWAY FROM INFIBEAM!!
