SBI Debit Cards are finally working internationally.
Working on Playstore, Paypal, Neteller. Should also work on Aliexpress 
Any Visa/MasterCard will work fine.
Just Send SMS from your registered mobile number
SWON INTL xxxx to 09223966666
SWON ECOM xxxx to 09223966666
SWON POS xxxx to 09223966666
(xxxx = last 4 digits of your DC.)
Wait till you get SMS from SBI stating that INTL/ECOM/POS service has been activated on your card.

SBI has the worst security system. If your card details get out, you are gone since there is no second stage OTP verification for international transactions. Be careful, guys.
Download the SBI Quick app, this app does every work,no need to register and i am using sbi debit card for international from 2 months,just go to app and select what you want and it will automatically send corresponding message.

This is just a activation process for sbi international cards, this process won’t work on normal debit cards
all sbi visa / mc dc are international cards… but they were not working earlier… now they do…
ps: rupay cards are not international cards

which card type you have? AFAIK all the SBI DCs(except rupay) now support Int’l transactions
