Intermiles -Steps to miles not counting at all

For the past 2 days, Steps to Miles is not counting the steps miles at all. Its saying the “App is not launched and hence not crediting steps”.This is really pathetic, since everyday we use the app for playing games 
Raised to support, but still they are very pathetic in responding.
Anybody else facing the issue?

That also not working..Day before yesterday i sync at 12 AM, still same issue..Now it happened consecutively,which made me feel, somthing screwed up in app..In my other account,its working fine

yes it happens many times..better to sync everyday at night
