In costly items they offer open box delivery. Still these things happening

I don’t think any intentional fault of Flipkart nor the seller(if FK is assured) as they’re the first who will face blame as soon as the customer will open the packet. Have seen a cartel of delivery boys abusing packages at one place (earlier my office was located in an area with lots of small online sellers).

How hard these companies try to imply fraud protections, these underpaid waggers find the way to abuse the system in no time.

Two necessary things to do while taking delivery of ANY item:
(1) Open the box in front of the delivery person and record the process
(2) If he/she denies(with various reasons like company policy, being late), record the reason he is telling. mind they also have to review customers. they’ll put unwanted marks on your profiles and Flipkart is crazy about blocking accounts with high return ration accounts
