That time is too much, i need the money
Not a Paytm user here, but surely they have e-mail PoC.
Use the help section of their app. This is becoming so common with companies, not even having a live person for support during working hours.
But in IPO no actual payment is done through upi.. only money block happens from bank side.. Is your money unblock failed?

Paytm UPI was supported by Paytm Payments Bank from Backend Just Like PhonePe and GPay uses Yes Bank,ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank to Process the Payments but Now after Government Banning Paytm Payments Bank , We should Stop using it because of Such Issues also There is No Faster Payments is Processing now , earlier it used to Be solid UPI App but Now Have to use Other UPI Apps like Cred, PayZapp or GPay or PhonePe
Also Paytm has No Human Support just like Other UPI Apps so no one is helping you if something happens

Contact the registrar of the ipo. And no issues, your money is safe. Don't use Paytm UPI. Contact your bank as well.
In Paytm , Mine Hold Was Removed After Mandatory Expiry... So From That Time Onwards Not Using Paytm.
U Can Check In Paytm App Hold Expiry Date.
You will get the refund on mandate expiry
