IRCTC iMudra Wallet & Prepaid Card Discontinuation

Dear IRCTC iMudra User,

We would like to bring to your notice that the IRCTC iMudra Wallet & Prepaid Card is scheduled for discontinuation. The program shall be 'Inactive' w.e.f 2 ^nd January, 2023 and services will not be accessible through the IRCTC iMudra MobileApp and IRCTC iMudra Website.

Hereby, to utilize the remaining wallet balance, you may spend through eCommerce/POS transactions before 2 ^nd January, 2023.

You will be able to claim a refund of any remaining balance in your iMudra Pre Paid Card & Wallet post the discontinuation date. The balance amount (if any) shall be refunded to your verified bank account upon submission and verification of necessary KYC documents.

The detailed process for claiming of refund balance will be shared separately on your email.
