Booked a train ticket on 2nd Feb using Paytm payments Bank(through UPI). I'm planning to cancel the ticket. As my Paytm payments Bank is in a credit freeze, how will I receive the refund?

you got refund but it takes a huge time like 1 month to 45 days

as I got my refund on 42 th day

Your paytm bank can't except external credits. But refund are allowed by RBI. so don't worry.
