do you really need dth when everyone is moving to OTT?
black is a composite plan and has several limitations. so it always better to take separate plans so separate type of services rather than opting for composite plans.

Identify the main one.
Prices in CUG plans like Black are usually not revised for years and years.
Although nothing of the sort might be committed 'on paper', there ARE customers who are on the same old pricing, whereas for other customers or in general the operator has gone through two (upward) pricing revision.
That said, does one have three or more mobility (mobile number) connections or at-least two three different Airtel products, besides the DTH?
To set-off the separate addition of GST/taxes, it helps to have a bundle of three or four connections at-least.
