Veterans.....I often get mails and messeges regarding offer to provide Amazon vouchers on my HDFC Regalia Credit Card on spending a specific sum...and I also complete the spicif transaction on my cc within given time...but have never received any voucher even after the voucher delivery period. What should I do? where can I complain?

HDFC have become new SBI these days, you have to complain for getting everything done.
Mail them and they will send you the voucher in 2-3 follow ups and 20-30 days

I had better experience in the past Not sure now , Always received the voucher after X days as per T&C upon fulfilment mostly on Emails & sometimes on both Email/SMS
I give credence to these promotions that these are mostly for inactive or active but less spenders till a certain amount/spends reached by card owner
If your Timeline is completed as per offer T&C , then kindly contact with CS else hopefully should be receiving it automatically

I did not even get the debit card cashback on bill pay and also on smartbuy through payzapp.

I get it all the time without any mail with HDFC. But with SBI one needs to mail.. they are really bad.

I'm observing the same with IDFC First Bank as well.
