In few banks internet banling section, there is an option to send to UPI address, you can use that.
I remember I tried it and worked, I think (but not sure) it is Standard Chartered Bank. But this should be available from other banks as well.

Tell your friend upi is imp.how modiji will send 15 lakh in his account. Then he will activate upi. And then you can send money .
