Is it possible to check IndusInd credit card details virtually ?

In indusmobile app, you can do it. But don’t know whether it works for non account holders.

Ah yes, u first need to manually add. They don’t auto fetch card details based on mobile even for a account holder who applied via the same app. Sorry for misinformation.

I am an account holder but the card is not visible in app or in internet banking it is asking to add manually.  

@DimeDime @prem4998 thru IVR does it asks only for the first six digits of the card for verification ? I hope the first 6 digits would be same for legend visa card holders?

You won’t get any service status/AWB code, either.
One day out of blue you will get a SMS stating that it has been dispatched or it is out for delivery. That’s it.
When it comes to service status tracking, IndusInd can give HDFC nice run for money.

Yea I got the approval message yesterday morning and today morning got a call from Bluedart guy for delivery.

@IamRage – I had applied for Legend thru PB as well and had got email with dispatch status and login info to immediately start using digital card. Proof of email below. 

Yes you can in indusind app. You have to register first & you need card details for registration, I guess.

Thanks a lot for the details and help. I received this mail sometime back but I am not getting any OTP after entering the CIF number the page just keeps loading and as per customer care it is not possible to use before getting the physical card. were you able to access it when you had received it?

edit: was able to see after the card details after trying over 30 times :p and was able to make a transaction successfully

Good to know it finally worked for you. For me, it worked in the 1st go. I did not face any issues. As I told you, don’t forget about the Amazon Voucher. I hope you don’t miss the SMS this time. It may take around 30-45 days to receive it.

Received 1 year EazyDiner prime membership as complimentary. Not sure if Amazon voucher is applicable now checked again in paisabazaar and couldn’t find any such offers currently. 

As per TnC EazyDiner Membership is available to new issuance of IndusInd bank legend credit card effective Dec 1st, 2021

I am not able to access card details through CIF. It says no active card under this CIF

for me ijust kept loading for ages and eventually gets timed out. after numerous attempts was able to see but didn’t get any error saying ‘no active card under this CIF’
