Now a days there are NO good offers, NO goodvoucher, or NO good CB in kill the bill in CRED like earlier. Is it worth to use CRED?
Do we have any other REPUTED site or app?

The bills get paid and you get approx Rs 10 per scratch card, seems reasonable to me unless someone trumps it.

I don’t mind using it. In recent months I got Rs. 750 TataCliq voucher for 20k points, Rs. 1000 GoMechanic voucher (don’t remember for how many points), Aldona’s leather sleeve for macbook for 3.5 lakh points, DineOut 1 year membership for 1 city at 75k points I guess. All of them were very useful and literally for free as these points are being availed for paying credit card bills which I would have done anyways even without Cred.
