same thing happened with me ordered f23 5g on 22 April delivery date was 24 the and then they again extended it to 25th April and then again they never delivered and at last extended it to 27th and then again to 29th and then till 01st may 2023 and also neither delivering my order and the price is also which i paid for was lesser than current so i have filed a chargeback complaint against flipkart on HDFC and Consumer Portal

I ordered - SAMSUNG Galaxy F14 5G (B.A.E. Purple, 128 GB) from flipcart with exchange offer on -- 04/08/2023. while ordering it dint ask any IMEI num but when delevery agent came to exchange - he is saying it should be entered while oerdering through exchange offer - and denied the exchange
