is Park+ app is reliable.No customer support. My money is stuck

Hi,
I recently bought 2 IOCL petrol voucher on park+ app.
I only used 1 voucher while another voucher is unused now the application is showing that both the vouchers are used. Each voucher cost was Rs.1000 .. Now I tried many ways to park+ but there chat support is as damb as anything..No call centre number..no response on twitter. did anyone else also faced the same issues.

Mail them, they will send reply in around 1 month and then will refund if not used
