I have personally used PhonePe only once or twice 4 years back. Never liked it. No offers. Installed couple of times again but never did any transaction. Surprised when I see the news of the number of transactions it process, market share and the valuation.
Just thought of asking - is it such a popular app. Are many of you using it.

I use phonepe only for 95% of my UPI txns and for remaining 5% paytm.
It not just popular for it ui, but only phonepe has the most stack (working directly with bank) dedicated for UPI so the fastest and the most reliable UPI app in india right now is phone pe and hence market share.

I Use Phonepe/Paytm... Because After Eating At the Shop , Google Pay Says Wait For 3 Days Error When Money Is Debited.. Faced This One Time... From That Day On Wards Stopped Using Google Pay

very unpopular but its works smoothly and its already installed on almost everyone's phone
I trust only phonepe.. Interbank transfers so easy... UI easier to use than gpay and faster than Amazon
I have not installed Phonepe app & don't remember when I last time used phonepe for UPI. Phonepe has established well due too much advertising & marketing both online & offline. I use Amazon or paytm only.
Phonepe has more market share than any other app.
Simplest UI thats why I use. After phonepe gpay and almost never phonepe because too complicated

Phonepe has far better upi implementation than gpay/paytm etc.
If txn took more than a minute its failed. Paytm is laggy , gpay is worthless , no clear UI , takes lot of time etc
I like phonepe over any other upi app most pathetic app is BHIM, AND gpay is slowpay indeed, paytm is not much convenient too much items in their dashboard

Seems like lot of people use PhonePe.. It might be more popular in south India.
Somehow i havent noticed people using PhonePe here in north India and i myself found it clumsy when i tried it. Plus PhonePe rarely have any offers.. i still use cash mostly for that reason.
