Any idea about Star heath insurance?
Please let me know on the comments below point_down

I'm planning to buy a health insurance from 2023 as seeing medical expenses are going up day by day so i feel for future safety a heath insurance is needed.

I have also seen when we go to any multi-speciality hospital they first ask if the patient has a health insurance.

So I'm feeling like health insurance is something really important in urgent medical cases and easily accepted by any good and big heath care or hospitals.

Also get to know health insurance can cover doctor fees, medicine and pathology clinic expenses as well. (Not 100% sure)

If you want to recommend other health insurance policy you can. Please also let us know why should we take that particular health insurance policy so that everyone here get the help.

I know someone who faced a lot of issue around 8-10 yrs ago while getting a claim, not sure about now

I too faced issues with Star Health in 2020. They didn't approve the claim stating that it was prior to taking of the policy. Nothing was hidden at that point. We didn't have a copy of the application; else we would have taken them to court.
