Is the 'AMEX150' offer on Swiggy working for you?

Hello,
If some AMEX card users could help confirm this, it would be great.
I do not have Amex cards, but took someone's help.
Despite complying with the listed terms and despite qualifying for the offer, unable to use it on Swiggy. :-(
Any pointers?

But it says not applicable on Amex cards? Only amex network by other banks

It's clearly mentioned it's Applicable on Amex Network Cards (ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Axis Bank or by SBI Cards)
It's not applicable on Amex proprietary cards which is issued by Amex like MRCC, Platinum, Gold etc..
