Is the cashback for credit card bill payment on CRED over?

Today I paid a credit card bill in Cred and was surprised when no cashback reward option was shown. Instead, it just showed me a button to take me to the rewards page where the regular slots and spin-n-win reward options were there. I do not use Cred much and occasionally pay credit card bills using that. Not sure if I surpassed their limit set for cashback eligibility.

Is the same change observed by you too?

Will wait for next month to check and confirm if the credit card bill payment cashback rewards get reset for me or not.

I checked the rewards section today and I can see the credit card bill payment rewards are back. I will now keep a tab on the number of credit card bills I pay using Cred this month.

there is limit on number of times u get cashback, its 3 per week per card. I think u have exhausted that limit , always go to rewards section nd pay bill only when u see cashback on ur card.

the limit is/was 12 times per calendar month, they may have changed it internally or you may have exhausted the limit of 12 times CC bill payment of Rs. 1k or more

Possibly. I will keep a log of the count in next month and see if thats really the case. As far as I remember, I have not done that many (12) credit card bill payments this month.
