Read the book ‘Zen and the art of happiness’ by Chris Prentiss. It’s a small book but good enough to give you right perspective.

Anyways, @AKA DONT go Out of India for peace, u will get peace here only. Jus come outside ur discomfort zone. Meet Ur colleague buddies or some1 who started working , start up. U need to fire up the creativity inside u.
One has to deal inside depression like mud until he finds the strong motivation to leave the mud, like elephant who was able to get out of deep mud due to strong drumbeats, with his passion to work upon drums. So, you may feel disheartened NOT because of something odd happened with your surroundings, actually u are having lack of engagement (meaningful), hence ur mind waivers around something bad /evil with friends / family/ colleagues.
Never mind, I am saying this out of experience and in general, not only 4 u.
