I cannot see house tax details on payment page. All fields are blank. No way to contact customer support. I have added all details of property and owner correctly.

All details are filled. It's jusy tax page which is coming blank and due to that I am unable to fill.

Are you accessing thru citizen portal and the registered 16 digit UPIC property id is visible to you?

You have to fill details from previous years return.
Help file also available at homepage mentioning category, usage factor etc
