Issue with kotak rupay cc upi transaction

I've read on other threads outside desidime, it's happening to many, I juts don't know why they cnat fix it yet

I think those who have used 80-90% of their limit through upi only are blocked

Kotak Customer care told that it will work from Monday onwards as they are having technical problem

Not able to set upi pin for my new Kotak Myntra Rupay cc on any upi apps, tried paytm, phonepe, gpay, bhim..

Not getting otp from Kotak, all other transactions on direct card are working fine, like payment on myntra or other site

Seems that they blocked large size UPI transactions especially CC billpay

Maybe, those who were blocked did some suspecious transactions like Bajaj or bjim or swiggy tricks that's why they blocked

Issue is persistent with paytm qr since months.

Same with me from yesterday. CC people are clueless, they were saying no transactions are declined from the bank side and your card status is active

Seems this error is showing to every Kotak Rupay cc users.

Same with me from yesterday. Sent an email to card services head, waiting for their reply.
