It very poor customer service and cheater sellers on Paytm.

I have ordered one product from the Paytm. They take 7-10 days to ship the product and when i received i observed that it is different product. I sent a return request to the customer care. they replied for the images. I have sent the images but again and again they are asking for images. Till now i have sent 7-10 times reply to them for same mail that i received from them but their customer service is worst.

“1. I would like to inform you that as of now we don’t have the replacement/exchange policy .So kindly confirm us whether you want to return the product or hold the product.
2.
Request you to please send some full and clear pictures of the product as well as packagin(inner/outer). We would also like to know
Why you guyes don’t understanding the issue of Customer. I have already sent images so why no action os taken based on it. Every time i received a maill from new person for above two details. Required detsils are already sheared.
