I bought Jabra Elite 4 on Sep 2022 in amazon. One of the earbuds not working. Does any dimers know how to claim warranty?

I'm currently located in chennai.

The product must be returned to the retailer in its original packaging, if possible or packaging affording an equal degree of protection.

Doesn't look like jabra got any service centers here in India: Got to ship the defective product to get a replacement (Same product or an equivalent based on purchase price). Contact their twitter support for more info

Hi,

Just mail them in the below email with the filled details. they will give you a warehouse address, you can visit that warehouse or can ship the defective pieces to their address, and they will hand over/ship brand new piece to you/your address.
