jio 4g data pack not giving speed

Well if data is getting consumed then you are good.
What’s the status 4g or 3g or H?
Try to restart the phone like @P_A_N_K_A_J suggested

There is no 3G or H+ network for jio. 4G only

Open My Jio app or call 1299. Final is turn off data, restart phone. Sometimes this problem occurs but calling 1299 or restart solves it.

No idea for Jio bhai

Sometimes it takes time 10-20min even if u activate, else try restart

Reset network settings and try airplane mode…..100% Problem ka Niwaran (Solution) Ho Jayega (will happen)

tried everything but speed was still slow. jio customer care is useless. after 45 mins the speed increased automatically. very irritating.

Till now I have faced upto 20min delays, imo its their server/system issue, nothing can be done except waiting

It happened with me also once. I had to wait till 12:50 AM (when my counter resets) and Jio was giving topup data like 5GB with 50 because of 6p IUC charges.

I had my daily 2GB pack in 444 voucher and add-on pack of 5GB active which had 3.5GB left. One day, Jio gave 2GB/day for 4 days freebie (even though I had active no. yet they credited 2GB for 4 days). So that 2GB used first and then pack data of 2GB after that it slowed down and out of 3.5GB left in 5GB pack, I kept getting 64Kbps. But after that never faced such situation.

I read your post throughly now. You recharged after pack expiry i.e when speed slowed down. So yes it does take time. Jio has this technical problem., So better have pack before data exhaustion
