Jio air fiber cancellation refund not processed

Applied for jio air fiber.. Installation took long time for 10+days..finally cancelled it as no installation made..

Been 45days refund not received

Customer care give no proper response says under processing and most of time dont connect.. 7900rs struck

How to get refund? This is in Chennai area

Recently got airtel fiber installed without giving any installation cost or advance monthly rent...

They forced me for 7-10 days for 6 months minimum advance for free installation... atlast airtel executive gives up and today installed for monthly rental only...

Everyday vehemently followed with customer care..

Finally got sms eve to provide bank details..

When told local manager to cancel order.. He told cocky arrogant u won't get refund.

Literally had to fight run behind..

Very hard with these ppl... Have to be careful as their system works only for them.. Not for us

Sorry to know, this is Tikona type experience.

Maybe the local guy who is claiming to be Jio employee/manager is actually just some vendor or temporary contract labour.

If not, then upload his call recording to the internet and let us try to name and shame.

Also, be careful. Unless initial payment was in cash, they reversals should only be back to source.
Hence, instead of giving these ₹a$¢als any further dwtsils/ credentials.. let them refund to source.
Else give watchman or cleaner's bank details (and later take the funds from the domestic help or the watchman).

It was all online. They didn't refund the 100rs booking amt..

In app itself it was under processing of order even though gave cancellation 45days back..

They don't cancel a order once made. Probably they query the local person.. Watever it was nightmare to get back 7600rs

Worse is even u file online u shud submit 3/4 hard copies in the local court with all docs etc with addressed stamped covers incl of the counter party.. Even they ll ask u affidavit notarised.

@yieldeal did you get refund? which steps need to follow. i'm also in the same boat, advance payment of 1K pending for last 2 months, raised complaint on https://consumerhelpline....in but no solution, status is showing Not Processed Yet.
could anyone of you please guide me on which portal i need to raise complaint so they can issue the refund? here chargeback will work, amount paid by CC? can i raise chargeback request?
