Jio allowing topup recharges for numbers whose recharge expired

Previously it was giving error to recharge with base plan..
Now we can recharge any amount like 10, 20, 50 etc. on our jio numbers whose plan is expired.
Good news for all jio users..
Now we can use mobikwik 10pe10 and paytm offers to recharge.

By doing such small topups, Later, that accumulated balance in jio sum can be used for what other purposes?

@kukdookoo now I am also not able to recharge topups.
I think it was bug for me.
