Jio Data Voucher Redemption Not Allowed with Rs 329 Plan

I had Recharged 3 Jio Mobile Numbers With 329 Plan(Using Multiples of 100/50).
But Now in all 3 Accounts , i am Unable to activate my Data Vouchers ( Received during 100/50 )
Is there any other way to Activate those Vouchers?

Off Topic, has anyone from Delhi been able to connect to “CM Delhi Free WiFi”?
I can connect but there is no internet. It also doesn’t open any webpage for registration.
Got data redemption problem in morning. Thanks God problem now fixed .
Since we are going for 3 month Rs.329 plan, best is to activate all data vouchers immed after activating this 3 month plan.
Now voucher get redeem successfully 
My plan of 329 Expiring today.
Today , I have Recharged With 100*3 and Received 10*3 GB.
Now my question- i have previously unused 10*2 GB Vouchers , Now if i Activate 329 and just after that activate 10*2 GB voucher than which voucher got activated. New or Old Vus ? Old wale hone hone chahiye 
New ones get activated first.
