Getting closer to 30days. Someone please share cancellation Process & also share ur cancellation & Refund experience only for this new 30-day offer not the previous experience with JIO

Service will stop automatically after 30 days. Call them and cancel it if you dont want.
Tried the chat option…It directs you to email and gives email id. On emailing a bot replies asking you to use the chat feature. Unable to reach a person to get it cancelled. Hope someone finds a way.
If I may ask…. Why going for cancellation?
Call 198 from Jio phone. Goto internet complaints. Press 9. Ask them to talk about Jio fiber. They ll transfer your call. That’s it. Enjoy

Firstly, STB is useless.
And 3.3TB & ₹399 is great.
Prepaid option is the best.
But Speed, Range etc etc issues which are Important.

So you are not getting satisfactory speed?
What medium have you used for disconnection?
It could really help people around here if u can explain in detail why r u cancelling the cheapest and probably the best specification internet connection on paper..
I have applied for it a week ago. I can see connection being provided in my immediate neighborhood over the last few days. Dunno if they have any procedure in place for outstation customers. Did get Jio SIM earlier with option for call verification of a local resident so hopeful that it won’t be an issue. Since its prepaid I plan to recharge every other month or so, mostly coinciding with India Test series.

For most people, the internet on your phone is all you need if you are living in the city.
People sign up for wired broadband, thinking they can watch too many videos, but later they realize they have not time for it. Even the cheapest broadband plan is just an additional expense which is not required.

Agreed with you..I get 100 gb data for my airtel prepaid with 90 days validity and at the end of validity i am still left with 5-10 gb data..Broadband is good for people who wants to do streaming or use streaming apps on tv or laptop 2-3 hours daily..

Installed today. Got a dual band, blue colored router. I had opted for the basic trial. Now just need another multi-TB HDD. The local Railwire hotspot had served me well over the last 2 years or so. But few months after Google’s exit speed was throttled from 30Mbps to just 4Mbps which wasn’t sufficient for my needs.

They took my bank account details and checked all the devices and taken with them. Within 2 Days I got the refund, first 1000 then 1500, with few minutes difference.
Can we apply for refund after 28 days and again apply for trial offer ?
I wonder who you called, since my experience has been anything but satisfactory in trying to cancel the jio fiber service.

In my case they canceled it automatically after I didn’t recharge even after 20? days or so after trial expiry. Received full refund in my bank account 10 days later.
I was charged twice 1500 + 2500 for one STB & one Reuter, under one purchase
Now while talking about refund they are conveniently talking of one amount only
Is anybody in JIO there to help us

I literely recived cancallation-confirmation call at night 9PM, they are really trying hard to delay the process and blame us for it
