My jio fiber router is changed last month.
Neither Jiocentrum nor password written at back of router is valid.

the router has a physical button to reset. use it. dont worry it doesnt need reconfiguration by the technician. SSID, password, login admin credentials gets reset

anyone know how to get the router replaced by jio without a new connection. mine has gotten old and connection lags now.

Maybe try logging in using myjio app with number associated with jio fiber account and change password from there.
