Hi.
I am currently using Jio Fiber postpaid 100 mbps plan with otts which cost 899+gst.
I want to migrate to the newly launched 888+gst 30 mbps plan, but that plan is not getting listed in my jio account.
Can someone help me here?

Cc is useless , I was also on 899 plan , first asked them to change to 888 plan , they said you are on an upgraded plan of 100mbps you have to choose 1199 plan which has same benefits of Netflix basic and Amazon lite+ jio cinema premium
So I downgraded plan to 599 for 1 month and now also this 888 plan not showing
Called cc again now they are saying it is only for new users you are an old users.
Jiofiber cc support is a waste

If it's for new users..can we do one thing??..close our name jiofiber and apply from other family member ?

decent but I would prefer to pay for netflix and amazon separately, so I can pause when i feel like not using
