Same happen with me 

I tried to order in ajio and selected 200 points for redemption 

In next page payment couldn’t processed and 200 points deducted. Already 10 days passed and no points refunded.

Raise a complaint from the Help section .and track it .Also do call cc if no response in 48 hrs.

Complaint should be raised with jiomart customer care. I had a similar incident wherein I lost points because of transaction failure in reliance smart point offline store. The store manager told me it will be refunded in 48 hours. As expected nothing happened. I wrote a mail to reliance smart store customer care and they told to ask jiomart cc [email protected]. After repeatedly following up for almost a month I got the cashback points back. It was a long wait and since I was persistent enough with my repeated mails, I got it back.

Same happens with me today. I lost 145 points.

me also lost points when my transaction failed at reliancedigital online. then immediately i called CC they asked me to wait 48hrs. but, within 2hrs my cashback points came back.
