Jio payments Bank Account block
"As we have observed that, your account has been used for business transactions or to avail any cashbacks/offers as such Transactions are not inline hence, it has been blocked for security reasons.
Since Savings account should be used only for personal transactions.
To unblock your account, share the below details to [email protected] from registered email id -
1. Bank account statement of the person who has sent/transferred money to your Jio Payments Bank account in the last 30 days without any password protection (Account Holder’s name, address and Bank name should be visible)
2. Highlight or mention the debit transaction details for us to identify the same and the same should reflect as credit in your Jio Payments Bank account.
3. PAN Card and Aadhaar Card (Please mask the Aadhaar number, only the last 4 digits should be visible) of the respective bank account holder who has sent/transferred money.
4. If using for cashbacks/offers, then share the snap of the offer details.
OR using for business transactions (i.e. shop, small vendor, etc.) then share the your business registration details (i.e. Business license)
The Bank statement should clearly reflect transactions with your Jio Payments Bank. Post validation of shared documents, you will receive a verification call for account unblocking process.

Now how much should I share ? I mean the only transactions I have done are UPI transactions from my own account linked to different mob number. Guys please suggest the course of action here.

Tell them to FOF if there is not much balance ,because even if you do they won't unblock .

Cashback can also lead to an Account block. It is a very common thing nowadays to get cashback.

Yes seems like too much personal data invasion ...I don't know what they are going to do with that info. So I wud rather close the account or let it stay dormant. Btw I don't have any money in that account.

I recently opened jio payments account
Did some transaction for Bajaj send money one fine day
After 5-6 transaction
Payments started failing
And got error message "suspected fraud"
I removed the money from that account
Will close it soon

Axis seems to be similarly strict. Just a few transfers over UPI on the 18th were sufficient to trigger debit freeze. Previously many credits over UPI and several debits via NEFT were apparently fine. Had to email them and it was resolved today.

My jio Bank account got debit freeze in 28 March 2024 but it is still not unblock on 11 April 2024 I have almost 32000 RS in my account I don't know what to do I have done so much complained but no reply from their side pls help what to do

After reading this much in formalities, you must be beating your head against wall.
