Reliance Jio Hikes Prepaid Tariffs By 20% Effective December 1

So, is there no price increase for Jiophone’s plans? (except Rs.75 plan)
i am a user of JioPhone Rs.185 plan. Do I need to take any immediate action due to price increase? I think there is no worry for me

Unable to apply 20%cb or jio main balance on buying voucher of Rs599.
On recharge I am able to do but not on vouchers.

Any plan above ₹200 is eligible for the cashback. The cashback is on your mobild number. You can recharge from any means.

You dont have to wait for the cashback to get credited on your number. The cashback will come anyhow. The cashback can be used in any Reliance retail products including future recharge, JioMart shopping, Reliance Digital and so and so forth.

Also, as such there is no practical limit on how many plan you can queue. So queue it for the period you consider significant and you think the price will not decrease before that time.

I queued 359 plan for about 10 times before it became 555. And now will queue the 2121 plan for at least 3 times.

used earlier cb of 236, paid 1063 using amazon pay UPI which gave 50cb and will get Jio 200 (20%)
this plan is good for low data users, now you can keep adding data whenever there is amazon recharge offer

I have used the services of almost all service providers over the years. I have had the worst experience with Airtel back in those days when they used to debit my balance without cause, and I’ll have to listen to their terrible ring tones, some times for hours while waiting for the executive to “check” my information. Most of the times, I’ve given up losing my hard earned money.

When Vodafone entered, I gladly switched. Although it wasn’t exceptional, I didn’t face too many issues with them. I was a long term postpaid customer of Vodafone before Jio disrupted the market. I ended up switching to BSNL for the good signal reception I was getting, especially while traveling. My second sim was Jio, and it was ok. My main issue was with call drops between Jio and BSNL.

Now, this  is the real problem. Not monopoly or duopoly…. Why are private providers given all facilities and priorities when BSNL already had the necessary infrastructure to switch to 4G? Why is the govt placing unfair restrictions on BSNL like not allowing the use of foreign technology, while others are doing it? Why is the govt not giving 4G licence to BSNL, while helping private players to use 5G already? Private players are still using BSNL infrastructure for their gain. Jio is clearly destroying BSNL s reputation by causing call drops between Jio and BSNL.

I have friends working in BSNL. They are given their salaries every 3 months or so, just to force them out. Govt has already sent off a majority of employees through VRS scheme.

So, I would blame the govt for deliberately trying to kill BSNL and help private players to thrive. (Please don’t start calling me anti national because I’m opposing the govt s injustice towards BSNL.)

Currently having almost 3 years recharge in queue (recharge from main balance long back during Amazon & other site cashback offer), plus running with 1 year plan which will be going to expire in Aug 2022. Is it good idea to queue some more plan by using jio 20℅ cashback offer?

yes i would also say that Vi is far better from the rest as of now if you are getting good speeds on Vi like i do.

Data Rollover and the unlimited data during the night are the best which everyone else are offering on Postpaid only(Only Data rollover).

Plan expiry date is stucked at 30 nov 2021 on both nos but plans are queued up for almost two years anyone having same issue ?

I played business with Jio… I am getting 98 recharge free with recharge of at least 98. Recharged 98 for 10 times got 10 times 98 recharge free

If you are doing Jio recharge now and applying cashback balance, verify the actual amount charged. For UPI txn, first attempt, they are not applying cashback and charging full amount. Only when it is allowed to fail, in next attempt cashback is getting applied. Tried with 4 numbers, same thing happened.
