JioCinema poor streaming quality on android devices

Is it just me or everyone faces the issues of poor streaming quality of JioCinema on mid range android devices? I am using redmi note 11 and it has widevine L1 support and everything and i can stream in 1080p on any platform, but on Jio cinema it's not same, the streaming quality is restricted to just 720p,i can't see option to select higher resolution than that while streaming the live matches, and even tho i have premium subscription of jio cinema,i am unable to download series episodes in 1080p,it looks more like 480p after downloading even tho it's size is around 1gb for a 40 minute episode, but on tv or laptop i am able to stream in full hd
