Hi,guys I have jiofiber prepaid connection and have got simpl pay both my jio and simpl app are registered with same no and I am trying to recharge via simpl but the simpl verification would go through but after that payment declined showing incorrect bank details,after that if I try again it's throwing up authentication failed and Otp is generated on Jio (no simpl Otp option or sms at that step)

In simpl app under my merchants my jio is showing as linked and has unlink option,even after trying multiple times same thing is getting repeated even after unlink on simpl and have complained to simpl and jio cc but no update even after 24hrs

So if any dimers have any experience or resolution kindly help

Not directly but can repay via cc there I get benifits and moreover looking for long term plan so need some time also in the form interest free period

Although they have some loyalty program launched like points and shop with 3or more merchants some x multiple points would be there but not much

Simpl rewards structure 1rp on on 150 spend 1rp =1rs and 5x rewards on 3+brands so if going by this 5rs on 150 ie 3% post 3+ brands is good for jio fiber than anything +cc repay rewards +interest free period

Although rewards is just not yet credited nor any further info not banking on rewards

I have stopped using mobikwik because of their fraudulent tactics of trying to trick people into opening their zip/ paylater account. Every time the app is launched, popups are forced in such way as to trick the user into mistakenly click for opening of zip/paylater account.

And there does not seem to be any "rewards" segment in the app.
