I think companies plan their offers for certain time period and also allocate budgets. So once its levels reaches to their max , they withdraw, no matter its successful or not.

Wise decision from a business perspective.
Shipping is not actually free. Nobody gives anything away for free, and no business can survive long on a loss.
The delivery charges are waived if the minimum order amount to qualify for free delivery is met.
Shopping websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Dmart, Bigbasket, Dunzo, Swiggy, Blinkit, 1mg, Pharmeasy, etc.) are charging delivery fees if the order value does not meet their criteria.
In India, logistics costs are very high.
Due to traffic congestion, narrow roads, and fuel costs, delivery costs are extremely high in metro cities and Tier II cities.

Jio prices are getting worse now, they are showing discounted prices in search list and increased prices in the cart, some kind of fraud is going on like flipkart.
