JioMart Scam

My order got delivered and next day I received the message stating that my order has been cancelled due to technical issue please place the order. However I have rec’d the order.

people here have been screaming for ages to place only cod orders at jiomart for a reason

This is a very common scenario with JioMart orders ( Partial cancellation is almost guaranteed if your shopping cart includes too many products )

PS: I don’t think marketplace cares about wallet/card offers

Always Remember Jiomart is good when you COD cause they mostly deliver partial order. But never make prepaid orders with Jiomart ,its a trapin the name of cashback.
Motavais Jiomart does not give a sh!t.
Grofers & Bigbasket have way better stock management & customer service.

Just now my order also cancelled bro I think they are no 1 fraud

Okay…I have always placed prepaid order…never faced any problem…

Never faced single issue with refund. All orders are small amount prepaid (less than 1k with around 5-8 products)

Refund only credited for veggies weight difference that too initiated before delivery itself

Bro what I’m telling is because of simpl 15 percent cashback they are cancelled the order i never faced full order cancellation from jiomart till now

It’s not that scam(losing money), its just that you let go of some competitive prices in the offset of cashback & bam partial refund get your deal out.
Well as it was a simpl transaction I got the notification from Simpl first then jio mart.

To say my side partial cancellations were too few in my orders tbh, however this was a hatrick with back to back refunds that too during offer period made me raise the discussion.
And the order which got cancelled were common products like soap oil etc nothing fancy that they couldn’t fullfill.

With Bigbasket atleast they refund in BB wallet so no threat to CB, however with fresh produce I sometimes feel itch to keep a weighing scale because of post delivery bill shocks specially with seasonal/exotic produce

@anicool007 @avgn might be you guys might be getting catered by a super store (Reliance Smart)/ the store management is really into catering customers rather than cancelling orders if they feel so like Sarkari Babus.
Either ways their primary job is with store & jiomart is a bit of a secondary task

I stopped ordering from jiomart for the same reasons and to add to it the fresh vegetables are always underweight. In my case half t he was weight and didn’t get the refund either

After receiving every order I have to call customer care for refund and waste 20 minutes.

Switched over to flipkart since the re. 1 deals help in savings.

Most of the time I order Cod and check the weight of vegetables and fruits before making payment. If any difference either delivery man adjust the difference amount or takes back the product. Now days the weight of vegetables and fruits is accurate.

Does partially canceled order results in reversal of full cashback? Simpl transaction has min order value of only 250 to be eligible.

Cancellation must be limited to local delivery center ..
Using JioMart from last 1 year…most orders are prepaid and not a single item cancelled ..

Fruits/vegetables we dont order online …always offline as I dont think anyone can satisfy the experience of choosing and picking at offline stores

Simpl not showing me at payment page. Yyy?

Pantry, flipkart bigbasket grofers are giving decent discounts and fulfilling orders too

Placed order on 4th evening by using Simpl.
5th Morning got message for our for delivery.
Received the product same day.
In the same evening got cashback message from Simpl as well.

I have been using JioMart with various Card / Wallet offers every month, till now zero cancellation.

The cancellation is purely dependant on the Reliance store where the order is picked up. And that can be because of various reasons.

Cashback will be cancelled in case of full or partial refunds, returns, cancellation and unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.

Pantry is like a lot of onn (great deals)& off deals ( deals for name sake).
Grofers was great few months back but now it deals are like pantry only. BB min order value is balanced by fresh produce hence its easy to order with them + DD’s deal on BB star membership makes it sweet.
P.S BB’s flat 50% off makes me feel lucky sometimes

I checked with simpl customer care as well as its mentioned in the offer tnc

• In case of partial refunds, the cashback will be canceled only if the total paid amount (after deducting the refunded amount) becomes lower than the minimum order value required to be eligible for the cashback.

Jio Mart app

I placed order on JioMart and paid by Simpl and then immediately paid off simpl bill to get the cashback.
Next day JioMart partially cancelled the ordered and refunded the money to Simpl account which was added to balance.
