sometimes after OS update, it does not recognise the handset. You need to clear all data and re-login from start. Also update app to latest version

Yes it is most probably..as anyone else wudnt habe tried for an otp on other operator’s number

Actually Jio ppl are facing heavy traffic so there ia delay in their process..do try off the peak hours ul surely be able to do it
