Jupiter card closing query

Hello dimers,
How should I deactivate Jupiter virtual card? When I enquired CC, they mentioned I need to block the card as it has option to freeze, sleep, or block not deactivate. also they cannot assure whether I will charged AMC. It’s been less than 6 months and I have not d any transactions yet.
