Massive reports by customers getting their debit card blocked since many days. Check yours! Mine is blocked and it is asking to order new which is chargeable. So probably gotta forget this account now.
Jupiter support team has asked to get a new card by paying ₹199 plus taxes and they will refund the amount after ordering. Some users are experiencing difficulty getting the refund 😁
Happened with me almost a month ago, i understood what they wanted to do.
They want us to get a paid debit card
I don't think it's on purpose.

Same here but there's no additional benefit for physical cards apart from ATM withdrawals (Online offers will work with VDC too)

How did you know that debit card is blocked? I have Physical as well VDC and in app all seems normal? @getready @romilq239

In the card section it shows that the card is blocked and there is an option to order new one.
Off topic: How to claim referral benefit without actually spending?
PS: wallet load/topup, recharges/bills, debit card international transactions, cc bill & gambling portal are not considered for spend under offer.
Is jupiter account of any benefit now? Got some benefits in the start but now it seems useless, dont get federal bank offers, they blocked the debit card to get us to pay for new one, 1% cashback limited to maintaining the balance and spending only on amazon flipkart etc for which i could get 5% from my sbi cb card.
Should i just close it?

Seems useless as an account but you can get new card without any charges. They will refund the charges. I’m keeping the account since it’s a zero balance account with no SMS or any charges. Maybe in future we get some exclusive Jupiter offer although it might be unlikely.

They’ll refund the fees after you order the physical card.
