आम आदमी पार्टी के हर कदम पर धरना करने वाली बीजेपी क्या लोकसभा में मिर्च और चाकू पर धरना करेगी? क्या कल तेलंगाना बिल पर जो मीडिया ब्लैक आउट किआ है, उस पर धरना करेगी?

The way Harshvardhan reacts after hearing the name of Ambani is not only absurd, but also ridiculously funny. Even if AAP has done drama and they are wrong, how can ‘a so called mature leader’ mock the arrival of new parties in a democracy. When Harshvardhan says that his party has ruled for 60 years, I feel more pity on him for his directionless and clueless attacks.
And people say Harshvardhan always talks sense.

7 facts about today’s Janlokpal bill drama AAP doesnt want you to know.
Fact 1: Congress and BJP, on the floor of the house, officially recorded their support to JLP, if brought in constitutionally.
Fact 2: To table the bill in the assembly, you need the green from the LG AND follow the constitutional law.
Fact 3: LG clearly wrote to the Speaker of the House, which was also later READ OUT to the house that the bill cannot be tabled directly into the house. Govt cannot bulldoze its way overriding the LG’s letter.
Fact 4: Article 254: (http://indiankanoon.org/doc/19…1/) of our Constitution, Point 1 clearly mentions that in the case of repugnancy with the Centre’s passing of the bill, you can write to the President or go to the Courts.
Fact 5: Article 239 AA (http://delhiassembly.nic.in/constituti…tm) of the Constitution will enlighten you that the JLP cannot be tabled directly, without writing to the President. This was outlined by the Additional Solicitor General.
Fact 6: If you have a dispute over the above constitutional laws, amend them or challenge them in court. Else, follow the due procedure.
Fact 7: Even following the due process would have only extended the tabling of the bill by 7-10 days.
I am not a legal/constitutional expert but the above points seem reasonable to me except the 7th point. I wonder if it would take just 7-10 days based on history.
And above all, when they decided to form govt based on public poll, why not do the same to exit? Rushed their decision to get time for national scene? Then make it clear… why do drama…..

LOLzzz Most Funny…. The mismanagement at the dharna could be gauged from the fact that Goel and former Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Jagdish Mukhi lost their shoes. BJP leader Kishan Lal Dhillon’s wallet was stolen. Several BJP workers said their pockets were picked at the protest venue.
Several workers left in the middle of the dharna, which did not last more than three hours.
