I had some 31k Kotak reward points on my CC account...was just browsing some amazon pay and added GC to cart, but did not redeemed,.
Now all the points are gone and it is showing zero, no transaction is showing in the purchase history neither i received any gist card. Their customer support has no clues, they asked me to send my query in a link they shared which i have done,
Anyone had any such experience?
I dont know about ur problem but my kotak league credit card reward point shows expiring this month when I only got the card 2 months ago. I think there is some glitches happening in their system.

First I was getting calls for credit card that too ltf. I refused adamantly because there was no use of kotak cards that time. I asked them to stop calling.
Now I want card and they are not calling.

My application was orphaned in spite of doing vkyc and getting form PDF in email, no cibil etc inquiry made too... that was in January... so callous approach, what to expect from them? - didn't pursue further... @rohan8397

Kotak support is so dumb....i emailed their so called level 2 level 3 several times to credit back reward points which i haven't redeemed, every time they send a pre drafted template saying that i have redeemed....8k worth of reward points are gone for good....
