I am using Kotak Indian Oil credit Card for last 1 month
The card had issues like no surcharge was waived and reward points was not being correctly credited
I informed kotak credit card customer care through email and after 10 days their response was this error is common for this card and solved shortly and still they have not manually reversed or credited reward points
Now trying to escalate the issue I was trying to contact Level 1 kotak Grievance redressal and it shows error
Is there any way I could directly address the issue to grievance redressal or nodal officer

I usually keep an eye this time the Indian oil pos machine was not working and it was a company owned petrol pump

Kotak cards are crappy these days, not able to use cc upi from around 1.5 months now, everytime I contact them they say it is common problem for all and will be resolved soon

Offtopic.. ckyc naam ka kuchh hota hai kyc related.. to ye har jagah ye log adhar pan kyo mangte rahte hain.. ckyc number se karna chahiye sare kyc.
Mine airtel payment bank askimg something that i dont have . My old adhar card which uses to open account.. gali khane ke liye koi mil nahi raha airtel cc par..inke boss ka mail hai kya koi

All fuel specific cards has this issue.
This happens when you don't keep eye on machine used to swipe or mug or tap your card. Use kotak specific/linked machines only.
Certainly you will find email addresses of both nodal and ombudsman on card statement. Check it
