Kotak league LTF pre-approved offer

I recieved a call from Kotak sales agent ( have been receiving 8031** series calls non stop, so I ignored it first because true caller showed it as spam. But accidentally I answered one of the call and he said I have a pre-approved card and he showed me options as iocl and biz or something card, I took iocl because rupay and 499 only, he completed the application simply by verifing the address. It was done. 

Next day morning I saw an email from Kotak with Kotak league platinum card life time free and a pre approved limit of 1.5L. I tried applying but it showed I already have an application in progress, tried calling the CC to change the application as card was not approved as their system showed no application from me. They told me it's systems fault and I should wait till I get an acknowledgement which I did and application was approved directly. On Monday it's due for printing and proceed further. 

I told cc to change my card and make it LTF as I have an LTF offer and sales agent did not inform me of this. They said I should wait till card generation now.

Can some one help me with this ordeal, can I directly apply for the pre approved LTF again after this application is processed. 

Edit: I can't apply anymore for the LTF card as I am shown 'You already hold a Kotak cc'
