This Might be True, Because I Live in Tier 3 City and kotak mahindra bank is not present they are only present mostly in Tier 1 Region! PINCODE Serviceable Area Matters to them Most! So,Check if your Area or City has KOTAK BANK Branch Otherwise Don't Apply

A friend of mine too got this reply. He didn't complete Full KYC in 811 Kotak SB account during Peak Covid period
